Agri Junction reserves the right to use the business name, logo and comments of its Registrants, Members and Customers in marketing documents, in its website and in other marketing and promotional activities.
Invoicing, Shipping & Product Liabilities
We provide a platform where buying, invoicing and shipping is way easier as compared to other platforms. When the product is sent to cart by the user it is a simple process by the user to do the payment and checkout. The user will get an invoice generated by Agri Pro Junction that will be available both at the website as well as it will be mailed to you. The invoice would have all the breakup of the product cost, taxes, invoice number and other details mentioned. Then while shipping the product, the item is packed well in a box and delivered to the user at their doorstep with complete care. We try to deliver the best product but we are not liable to any damage that happens while shipping as it is done by a third party.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Documentation
At the time of User Registration and/or at any time thereafter and/or from time to time as may be required, the Company may seek KYC Documents from the user and further usage of the Website shall be subject to users submission of KYC Documents. 'KYC Documents' shall mean such information, data or documents as may be specified by the Company from time to time which clearly and unambiguously verifies the details.
The Company may seek KYC Documents from the user at any point of time during the subsistence of this policy for compliance with the provisions of the User Agreement and the rules and policies made thereunder as well as compliance with applicable laws. The Company has the right to reject/question data within any one or more of the KYC Documents submitted by the user and may ask for other documents or further information.
Our price of the item proposed to be purchased shall Include all costs, expenses, duties, taxes and margins that need to be accounted on the seller’s side and margins, tax and duties to be accounted on the Company’s side.
Our base price and all other charges mentioned above shall be charged to the end client in normal circumstances.
If the buyer makes payment in any currency other than Indian Rupees, the cost of conversion/ exchange rate shall be borne by the buyer.
