Katyayani Bt Bio Larvicide is a liquid bio-insecticide containing Bacillus thuringiensis, targeting a wide range of larval pests. It disrupts the digestive system of insect larvae, causing them to stop feeding and ultimately die.

Mode of Action:
- Spore Ingestion: Ingested by larvae.
- Spore Activation: Protein crystals are released in the gut.
- Protoxin Activation: Proteins are activated into toxins.
- Binding & Pore Formation: Toxins bind to gut cells, causing pore formation.
- Cell Lysis: Cell membranes burst, leading to death.
Application & Dosage:
- Gardening: 5-10 ml/L of water
- Agriculture: 1-2 liters/acre
Precautions:
- Apply 2-3 days before chemical pesticides.
- Use above 18°C, ideally in the evening.
- Reapply every 10-15 days for ongoing control.
